- Any damages caused intentionally or through negligence during the trip will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Modify or adjust tour itineraries due to weather conditions, government regulations, or operational issues.
- Substitute hotels or services with similar alternatives when necessary.
- TTJ Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transportation vendors).
- We are not responsible for delays, accidents, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
- Compensation claims, if any, must be addressed to the respective service provider.
